Through its guided search and navigation solution, Atomz Commerce Search empowers Bloomingdale's to lead customers to the products they seek. Additionally, Atomz is supporting the retailer's multi-channel initiatives by providing solutions to help integrate online sales with catalog and in-store sales. For example, if a visitor does a search for a product or brand that is not currently available on the Bloomingdale's Web site, the customer will receive information directing them to a store or catalog where the product is available. Bloomingdale's, a division of Federated Department Stores, was founded in 1872 and operates 33 stores in New York, New Jersey, Nevada, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, Illinois, Minnesota, Florida, California, and Georgia.
