EOS International has announced that The National Sexual Violence Resource Center (NSVRC), which opened in July 2000 as a national information and resource hub relating to all aspects of sexual violence, has selected EOS.Web to improve information access and increase collection visibility. A project of the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape (PCAR), NSVRC is funded through a grant from the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention's Division of Violence Prevention. NSVRC houses a database containing the library collections of both NSVRC and PCAR, and acts as a distribution center for information, statistics, and resources related to sexual violence. NSVRC is also called upon to assist writers and fact-checkers for entertainment shows such as 'Law and Order' or LifeTime Television.

EOS.Web is a customizable, integrated library automation system that can be implemented as a local, in-house solution or used in conjunction with the EOS e-Library Service, an ASP-hosted Web services option available from EOS International. EOS International is a library information management software and services provider. EOS library automation software products (EOS.Web Express, EOS.Web Enterprise, EOS Q-Series, EOS GLAS, and hosted, EOS e-Library Services) are designed to serve the knowledge and content management needs of corporate, legal, medical, government, and special libraries of all sizes.
