Convera, a provider of search and categorization software for enterprises and government agencies, has announced that the company's RetrievalWare search technology has been selected by a U.S.-based banking institution. The national bank will use the Convera search platform in an effort to launch an enterprise-wide search consolidation program. The bank's four major business units will use RetrievalWare to link employees to the company's intranet for product and corporate details.
