iPhrase Technologies, Inc., a provider of self-service search and navigation software for applications, has announced that its One Step natural language search and navigation platform has been chosen to power search functions for Countrywide Financial Corporation, a diversified financial services provider. The implementation will include a phased roll out beginning with the corporate communications and consumer Web portal. iPhrase's self-service search and navigation offering is intended to help Countrywide cut services costs by reducing the number of calls and emails into the company's call centers and enhance the online customer experience.
