Attorneys can search real-time court records by case number and litigant name, track cases of interest, and receive automatic updates from all Colorado district courts, all Colorado county courts (excluding Denver County), selected municipal courts and all seven water courts. CourtLink also offers online access to U.S. District Court content. LexisNexis also announced that CourtLink Alert will be available to Colorado attorneys in early 2006. Using Alerts, attorneys can receive automatic email notifications of newly filed cases so they can be among the first to know when a client or prospect is sued, sometimes even before the client is served. Also available now is CourtLink Document Retrieval Service, which gives Colorado attorneys the ability to request retrieval of offline documents in all federal and state courts.
